and black paint and a glossy coat? and directions on how to apply it i mean how many coats and etc.....

check the yellow pages for an auto body supply store. They can hook you up with anything you need.

What part of Kentucky you from?

Napa will also have some good quality paint, make sure you use the same brand for all 3.

Yep, a lot of auto parts stores are also paint suppliers, so you can get all your primer, paint, reducer, mixing cups, etc. there. It's where I'm getting mine in the very near future. You can spend some time on the various bodyworking messageboards and websites to learn the basics, some of them even have tutorial videos for sale showing you the basics. Just spend some time online doing some searching and you'll find quite a few.
