Red devil lye

Post by DDfab »

Been trying to find it on the internet. everything I find, says it has been discontinued. Need to get anodizing off of grille shell.
Found out sandblasting was a bad idea awhile back. deeply mared aluminum.

Thanks, Dave.
Tried metal prep, but didnt do anything. Have used the works t-bowl cleaner to clean oxidized aluminum.

Ill try those places. I looked for the company web site, and thats where i read it was removed from stores.

I have an old time hardware store a few miles away, he might still have it.
