Only toe is adjustable on these trucks. If you have to change caster or camber then you have to heat and bend the axles. Check your bushings over real close, if one goes bad your axle shifts and there goes your alignment.

DO NOT EVER HEAT YOUR I BEAMS ITS TOTALY UNSAFE.
if the camber is out to lunch that whats going on is spring sag, so check you ride hight & replace your coil springs.

I agree with leadfoot;NEVER heat your I-beams. 20 yrs. ago when I was doing front end work,I had all the tools to bend I-beams but 95% of the trucks I worked on just needed new parts & a toe adj.

you know the sad thing is I still got the I beam tools for bending them, But I never do. If it suspension or brake related I fix it right the first time.
Ford even posted repair memos that said "do not ever Bend I beams" that is why the tool companies stopped making the tools to do so.

The coil springs always are N.F.G. & the king pins & bushing some times need replacing. so fix them.
