with this being "Hell Week" for the two of us at work, and working 70 plus hrs every week, and taking care of a 6 month old baby girl, she still managed to impress the Big Bosses enough to offer her the Warehouse Manager Position when the other manager walked this morning.

We make about the same amount right now, so yea. she should. they haven't given her a figure yet, but it better be considerably more than what she's pulling in right now, or the job just isn't worth it.
and to top it all off, she can take the baby with her (instead of to the babysitter), so that saves a buttload of $$$ on top of that.
