360 Firing order

I understand this is trivial to some, but damn I keep getting different answers on what the order is. Could someone please help.

I'm not as familiar with the FE engines as many here, but if memory serves, the firing order should be stamped in the intake manifold runner right behind or near the distributor. That is, if you're running the original intake. It should read 1-5-4-2-6-3-7-8
