Hey everyone I’ve got a 69 F100 240 cyc that’s got factory air on it and I’m wanting to remove the old mechanical 7 blade 17” fan and replace it with a clutch fan and shroud. I’ve had this truck sence new and I put the air on it 30 plus yrs ago, it came out of a 72 ranger with a 360 engine. The air works great, I just think the fan is taking a lot away from the motor. The clutch fan is a no brainer but I’m not having much luck finding a shroud. If anyone has done this please let me know.
Thanks

Re: 67/72 F100 fan shroud
Doubt your going to find a shroud that fits your application in any parts books. However. fan spacers are available in a variety of lengths. Just install the fan and measure where the edge of the shroud reaches to 1/2 way across the fan blades. Fan blades should sit half in/half out of the shroud. Then just get a spacer and bolts to fit.

Re: 67/72 F100 fan shroud
Might be worth looking into an electric fan if you are okay with deviating from the original look.

I have a fan shroud for a 67-72 with a 360 or 390 if you need one. Actually I have a couple of them.
