Very interesting. I "googled" E3, and got varied responses and experiences. Mostly because you couldn't adjust the gap. As for 13 MPG: 1974 F250 Camper Special 360 motor w/2 tanks. 2 tests, one with points, cheap but fairly new wires original coil,and regular plugs. 2nd run, Pertronix II, Flamethrower coil 8.5mm wires and E3plugs. 1st run..10.5 MPG
2nd run 13.5 MPG. Both started with 1 Gal. in spare empty tank, same highway start point, and at 55 MPH.
Impressed me too. I rebuilt the engine a year ago so it"s not a wore out unit.
