360/390 difference

360/390 difference
Picked up a nice 75 f250 with what I believe is a 390. Not 100% sure what’s in it yet but I want to freshen up the top end with some new springs, rods, lifters, rocker arms, etc. I know I need to determine what I have before I start putting money into it but is there any difference between the 360 and 390 push rods and springs?

Except for 427 specific heads .....ALL FE top ends interchange
You just have to check the exhaust bolt pattern to insure that you have either 8 or 16 bolt exhaust patterns
