360/390 rocker arms
Does anyone know the most aggressive camshaft the stock rocker assemblies can handle? I want to upgrade the cam but I don't want to go through the process of switching over the heads and rockers. last time I was involved in something like that it did not go well. thank in advance.

NOTHING has to be done to the heads to switch over to adjustable rockers
Valve springs will have to be changed to match the cam
Retainers and locks should also be changed
Sounds like you most the cam you can run with 45 year old valve springs
What makes you think you need the most aggressive hydraulic cam made
The cam is only part of the equation when aiming for performance

Re: 360/390 rocker arms
im not looking for the most aggressive cam ever made im just looking to know how aggressive I can go. im not planning on putting anything too aggressive on it I am just trying to make sure that what I would want to put on in still fits within the limits of the original rocker assembly, I am planning on rebuilding the heads, but I want to keep them as original as possible. I know it may sound dumb but I want to keep as much on it as stock as I can but according to my wife it needs to be strong enough to do what she wants and sound sexy enough for her to ride in.
