Anyone Using Autolte 124 Spark Plugs?

I expect I have Autolite 45s on my 352, but I ran across a thread on Facebook that recommended the 124 plugs. So, is anyone using the 124, or does everyone stick with the 45? If you use the 124, what benefits do you see?

If we are referring to sugar in your signature stick to the good old 45's. The 124's are 2-3 heat ranges colder a plug. In and fairly low compression engine as the 352 with mild mods no need to go that cold. If we were talking 12.5to1 compression 427 that pings itself to death then we would be looking that away. For your truck i think you may find it would be a step back..my
