This is the way I bought it. It's leaking fluid just sitting. I'm willing to not hook up the kick down but I need to get the nut on to stop the leak. Any thoughts or suggestions on what to use?
Will it work with a washer and a nut or does it have a square cutout to fit over the shaft?
If anybody has an extra kick down lever I'd be happy to pay
I just wanna stop the leak
Am I missing the kick down lever?

I don't think the lever will stop the link. It shoulders against the shaft. Should be an O ring or two sealing the oil.

I found a couple pictures detailing the inner and outer shaft seal. I'm certainly prepared to change the o rings/seals. I just need a couple pieces to finish the assembly?

Yeah, lever and self locking nut. You'll also need the kick down shaft / linkage.

You didn't mention if it was for your C6 or your C4 but from comparing to my tranny, I'm thinking that photo's of your C6. Here's a couple photos of my linkage on my C4. Probably not identical to yours but should give you a frame of reference. I have a couple more photos if you need them.
