67 truck start problem

Need some help figuring out this start problem my truck won't crank when I turn the key to crank it but if I get out side with the switch to on i can touch the 2 points on the starter silonoid and she will turn over what do yall think is going on in got the truck in park when trying to

Figured it out bad neutral safety switch now I gotta figure out the dash lights and low beams don't work could it be a bad headlight switch in the dash
