triple tank fuel switch

Post by Ohiotinkerer »

Looking for a front- left-right fuel switch for my 1968 F100. Was mounted on the floor next to the drivers seat. Believe they are Fey tanks since the truck came from Idaho. Any help greatly appriciated!

Never heard of one with three ranks. Mine has two and the switch valve has three positions. Main; Aux; and off.

Mine has the main stock tank behind the seat and 2 saddle tanks mounted on the left and right sides of the bed in front of the wheels, From what I have been able to find they were dealer installed and most likely Fey bumper Co since the truck came from out west. The switch that was in it was broken but the plate that goes on top of it said front-left-right on it - no off position. Here's a picture of it....

Wow, that's a new one on me. Mine holds 45 gallons so I imagine yours holds 70?

Good luck

I hear ya - I'm going with a 19 gallon in-cab tank and reusing the custom 35 gallon tank that was originally slung under the camper box. Should be enough to get me to the store and back

If you're lucky enough to get that far.........

But we didn't buy them to make the EPA happy did we?

Found exact new replacements from Toms Bronco Parts in Medford Oregon - the part number is 6185 and they are $49.99 in case anyone else is looking for one. They can be used for a 2 or 3 tank setup depending on what you need! Thanks to everyone who took a look at my post! :fr:
