Problem starting truck, then shoots fire.
Ok so I have a 67 f100 and from the vin number it has a 352 in it. So here's my problem in the morning the truck will crank up fine with no issue. Then in the afternoon after it's been sitting on a bit of an incline and in the sun, when I go to start the truck it'll have a labored start, and then just stop like the engine is stuck before it cranks up. If I try to crank it again it'll make a noise like I have a dead battery but I don't, ive also noticed that some raw fuel will be dropping out of the exhaust on the passanger side where the pipe doesnt connect. Just today when it did this it shot fire out and not gas, I'm really stumped here and any help will be of use.

Overly advanced initial timing, and/or vacuum advance hooked up to manifold, as opposed to ported vacuum.
In addition, it has a carb issue. Leaking needle and seat, and/or float level set too high.
