I disconnected mine recently and I can't remember exactly but my 360 with a recent overhaul has about 50 psi while driving and about half or maybe less that at idle. You may want to do a compression test.

Is it an aftermarket or stock gauge? If it's an aftermerket gauge it may not read right with the stock sending unit. I have an aftertermarket gauge on mine with the correct sending unit and I have about 25 psi at idle and 50 psi while driving.
