69 F100 needing alignment, Southern IL

Hi All,
I have a newly acquired 69 F100 that is in need of an alignment. The alignment guy at the local shop looked under it and said "I ain't ever seen anything like that, how you supposed to align it?" ..Yea, they're not gonna touch it. Anybody know of a shop in southeastern Illinois/ southwestern Indiana that has experience aligning these old things? Thanks

I have not had one done before, but I would reach out to my local ford dealer. Im sure they more than one technician that is familiar with your truck type.

You are in for a real treat. One of the components of aligning one of these old trucks requires actually bending the I beams to get a correct setting. First you have to locate the correct type of alignment equipment and then find an operator that knows how to use it. If you have a Co=OP in your area I would start there....they usually have the machine and some old fart who knows how.
