brake vibration

Hey fellas, new to this board....need some help. 75 F250 4X4..drum brakes all around. Had some vibration when braking so re-did brakes all around...still have vibration.....feedback in the pedal, etc....almost feels like a disc system with a warped rotor....any ideas on where to look next??

Out of round drums. If that isn't the problem, I have no other ideas. Some people say you should have your drums turned with your shoes. But keep in mind that yer not alone. Drum brakes are in a perpetual state of misbehavior.

You might be able to manually adjust until you can start dragging shoe, then rotate each tire by hand. That would pinpoint bad drum. Otherwise double check shoe springs,anchors to make sure that is all secure. I don't think loose steering would pulse pedal...
