steering knuckle

I just picked up my first crown vic -x cop car- and it needs help before it gets to run again.
the area in need is the STEERING KNUCKLE.
Where the tie rod attatches to the knuckle it is broken(cast aluminum)
I tried a search under steering knuckle and found nothing.
My question is : Is there a difference between a cop knuckle and a civilian knuckle?
Since I'm taking it all apart(lowerball joint broken and upper A arm bent ) any recomendation on who's A arms to replace the old ones with? NAPA- MOOG etc.
