Trapeze linkage

Im looking for someone who has the trapeze style linkage that I can buy. I have a 71 F-100/ 360 2 bbl. carb./auto trans.
Anyone that can help please let me know.

i saved a couple of those accelerator linkage parts but I may not be able to find one. I will look and if I find one i'll post here.

This came off a 72 360 2v iirc . maybe someone can confirm. Sent you an email

i found one. it is off an FT engine . 2 ton truck. much heavier . the bolt pattern for the throttle bracket is the same on the FT manifold as the FE so it will fit.

I did away with this ridiculous contraption and made my own rod. It is amazing how much more driveable the truck is now without all the slop in the linkage.
1967 F-100 4x4 custom cab.
Another 67 F-100 4x4 custom cab.
2016 F-150 Eco-Boost 2.7 liter. (It will smoke the tires!)
1972 F-350 Sport Custom cab & chassis.
1972 F-250 Explorer Special, Camper Special.
1971 F-100 custom. 302, C-4, p.s. p.b. factory 65 amp alternator with transistorized voltage regulator.

i have never seen one on a ford pickup that was not wore out. i don;t have a truck with that POS on it either. it was not one of ford's better ideas.

Somewhere there must be an exact length cable that will directly replace the original linkage. It's just a matter of stumbling across it. The older ford pickups had a cable by the way.
