Crown Vic Steering Question

So long story short the Crown Victoria front suspension clip that I bought was twisted so it did not bolt up to my frame square. I decided to cut it apart and fabricate my own cross member as opposed to buying a new Crown Victoria cross member. I'm not sure why I thought this was a better option but I did at the time and it has turned into a lot of extra time and there is no turning back now. I did not take enough measurements of the steering location on the Crown Victoria cross member. Can any one tell me how much, if any, the center line of the steering rack is off from the tie rod mounting hole location on the spindle if you are looking right over the top of the suspension? Any little bit of information helps, thanks in advance.
