Dana rear axle
I found a Dana 60 LOCKING, 4.56 ratio in a 67 F-250 2 wheel drive truck. Is there any reason this won't swap into my 67 F-250 4 wheel drive with a NON-LOCKING rear axle? I can get it for $200.00 or less.

Re: Dana rear axle
I don't see why not. Your spring perches should be in the same location.
Frame spread 2wd vs 4wd didn't changed until 1973, ( in F100's) f-250's in 1977. If i remember right. If all else fails, grab a tape measure and measure the distance between your perches, then measure the one for sale.
Does the gear ratio match?
If it doesn't, you are in for one very rude awakening as soon as you lock in that t-case !
