Leaking from front of tranfer case

Post by Idaho68 »

Truck is a 1968 F100
About a month after changing the Transfer Case fluid I am getting a leak from the front of the case where the drive shaft fits in with the U-Joints

I assume there is a seal in transfer case that is the culprit?
What would the seal be officially called (if that is the case)? And any suggestions on where to find?
thanks!

Should be able to get the seal from NAPA or any other auto parts store. If the parts store can't find the part in the computer then pull the seal and get the number off it. Have to do that all the time with my dumptruck.
