just like the title says i need assistance in putting together a front end shopping list to completely rebuild my front end.
i've been told differing opinions. either never go with polyurethane because it's a scam and rubber is a better ride, and also i've been told that polyurethane is a good improvement. i don't know much about suspension or front ends. please help me figure out what i need to purchase.

Parts wise, other than the rubber parts (I went with poly), about all you need is the kingpin set. You can change your tie rods too, they're not expensive. Drag links are normally ok, unless it's been bent. Go ahead and replace the rag joint while you're at it. Here's the polyurethane axle pivot and radius arm bushings I used.

Re: need assistance with front end shopping list
I have Energy Suspension (black) polyurethane bushings in the I-beam pivots and the radius arm pivots on my '69 F100. My front disc brake suspension came out of a '77 F100.
I have new Moog kingpins with bronze bushings and new Moog CC808 progressive rate front coil springs.
I have rubber bushings on the front sway bar to frame mounts and (blue) poly bushings on the endlinks. The rear sway bar has ploy bushings throughout. None of the poly bushings squeak on my truck. The poly bushings will come with synthetic grease. Apply it to any surface area of the bushings that will come in contact with metal and they will be quite.
