5/5/15: Found a horn ring so i'm no longer looking.
I'm looking for a '67 F100/350 horn ring assembly. I think it's the same for 68-70 as well.

If I'm not mistaken (and I'm sure someone will correct me if I am) you can also use a fairlane steering wheel...
