t5 clutch linkage
So, I'm having fits trying to find linkage to mate up the t5 I got to my clutch pedal. Im missing everything from the clutch fork to the rod that comes down from the clutch pedal on the engine side of the firewall. Any suggestions?

Re: t5 clutch linkage
I am in the middle of this swap right now. The old three speed I had in the truck uses a push type fork, whereas the T5 uses a pull type fork. The easiest thing I found was to use a cable and quadrant system like the mustangs of that era used. Mustang Steve sells a kit to convert your pedals over to accept the clutch cable. You have to drill a hole in the firewall, and weld the quadrant to your pedals. Mustang Steve will do it all for you if you send him your pedal assy.
The other option would be to retro fit a hydraulic master and slave cylinder to your set up now. It would require some custom modifications to your pedal assy. though.
Here is mine as it is now.

Ditto, pull on T5 vs. push on original style.
Hopefully you are using the correct imbalance flywheel for you crank's imbalance.
Shortstack, once you are done with your swap watch for firewall flex while you get someone to push the pedal.

Re: t5 clutch linkage
I was initially concerned with flex, but it seems fine. I operated it while I had some extra eyes. The firewall is thicker right through there with gussets as well. I figure if it is stout enough for the pedal assembly, it should be fine. If not, a plate that catches a few of the 6 pedal assy. bolts should be more than enough.
