Need some help breaking that last nut free on the shaft.....It appears to be a 2 man job at this point. Have to bribe my buddies to help!

Borrowed my buddies time today, and after a large cheater bar and a pulled muscle or two, we broke the final bad ass flange nut free...now I can move on to the transfer case re-fresh!

Got most of the transfer case completed today.....4 seals to install and some paint.....will finish Monday and upload some photos!

Took one hell of a lot of work to get this mounted by myself! Sometimes I wonder how I prevent getting injured. I must be real good or real lucky, or both!

Looking good! I wish I could have used a cherry picker when I did my transfer case, those things weigh a ton! You are going to love the new bushings when you get to drive the truck. It made my drive train feel much more positive.

That cherry picker was certainly the key to that install, still a pain with the funky center of balace of the D-24.

Here is the bracket I fabricated for the Disc/Disc proportioning valve.
