King Pin set for 1971 F-250 2WD needed in Australia

Post by Chico »

Hello everybody.
This is my first post after just joining this excellent forum.
I've got a 1971 F-250 with a 428 (originally a 360) and live in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a good king pin kit for both sides and twin I beam bushes too?
ebay or other site best?
Any advice helpful as it's pretty lonely here when I mention F truck in my home town people are like Oh No!. Even worse when I tell them it's an FE motor they are all like telling me to buy a windsor or cleveland, which I will not do. FE in Australia equals Faaarrrking Expensive.
Anyway any help with King Pin kit and I beam bushes info. would be awesome.
Thanks.

You guys got Autozone there? http://www.autozone.com/suspension-and- ... ing=search I recommend the kits with the steel bushing instead of the nylon. I bought mine at my local store. And I got my axle pivot, radius arm and leaf spring bushings from Energy Suspension through Summit Racing. http://www.summitracing.com/search/bran ... roductName You can also get the king pin kits from Summit Racing.

Thanks for the reply.
No Autozone but I'll check out the link for Summit.
Thanks for the metal vs nylon tip also.
