1978 F350 Clutch & Brake pedal bushings

1978 F350 Clutch & Brake pedal bushings
What are these plastic bushing sizes & what other Ford bushings are useable. I believe the shaft is .625" and the bushing OD is about .680" dia.. where do I buy ?
