All drum brake proportioning valve

I am in a quest for a fully functional proportioning valve for my 1969 F100, 2WD with no power or discs. My proportioning valve is missing the connection for the brake light. Wished I had thought to save the one I pulled off my 71 when I went to disc brakes.

I have '70 2wd with manual drum brakes as parts truck. I'm not sure on valve condition but supposedly truck was driven less than a year ago before motor blew. I used the brakes to get it of the trailor and it stopped. Is there a way to test it. I put a battery in to test electrics and the brake light was on with the key turned on.

I don't know that these things ever went bad - mine must have suffered a hit to be missing the electrical connection.

I'll gladly give you the part as the truck is crusher bound in a few weeks. I'll check with PO tomorrow, it shouldn't cost much to ship since it doesn't weigh very much.

Sorry I haven't got back to you. I'm having a time with this thing. I'm gonna have to cut the brake lines off cause the nuts are rounded. When I get it off I'll get your info. It will fit in an If It Fits box.

I got all the lines off but I can't figure out what holds it to the frame. I can't see it very well and there's 3 inches of 45 year old grease everywhere. Do you know what holds it on?

Two bolts coming through the back side of the frame hold the mounting bracket. Alternatively, there are two bolts that attach the valve to the mounting bracket, I believe.
