Do 4X4 rims have a different offset

Got the 1/2 conversion done on my 66,I used a 69 9 inch and noticed the rear end seems to be too narrow for my liking and would like to find rims that stick out a little further and wonding if 4X4 rims are different. The late 80s fancy rims do stick out about a inch then ones for a 2wd so I was wondering if the basic steel rims do the same,I know I can have new rims made but I do want to get the truck done soon and wondering if there is some I can find in the junkyards.
