re: Throwout Bearing?
Hey, this is a great way to get some diagnostic opinions. I think it does sound like a throwout bearing. In my experience, when they start to go, they make kind of whooshing sound when the bearing contacts the pressure plate. It gradually gets worse until it howls. Does the clutch engage and disengage properly?

Yes, it engages and disengages all the way and does it smoothly. There is a howl as well when I get going, however, that could just be the tranny. I have greased the bearing, but that didnt help.
I will also post a video of this when I can get it off the camera.

You can usually determine if the throwout bearing is going bad by depressing the clutch just until the bearing touches the pressure plate fingers. If it's making noise at that point, it is probably on its way out.

then yes it is going bad, becuase that is when it gets loudest, when it touches the pressure plate.
