A couple questions about the swap on a 1978 F100 400 3.03 to a T-18:
1. Will I need a shorter drive shaft?
2. The 3.03 has a junk floor conversion by Mr Gasket. Will I need to fab a need trans tunnel?

The driveshaft will probably be different.
You will need the bolt on cover for the trans tunnel.
if you don't already have a bolt on over you just need to cut the hole.
