Was looking into an edelbrock new but figured asking here was worth it.
Please let me know if you have something to offer. I'd like performance, but leaning toward efficiency.

I have tried several carburetors on my 360. Crater, Holley both 2 and 4 barrel models. I end up with the Edelbrock aluminum intake and carb set up. Its not stock, it required linkage "adjustments" but I wouldn't go back for anything now. You can pick them up used on eBay for a steal.
