New Member-Old Question: 1967 Grill?

Post by ThreeTruckMan76 »

Just joined, but I'm a long-time member of a similarly set up forum for a completely hobby. So forgive me if I'm just not sure what the first step is, but I'm definitely in the market for a decent used, or reasonably priced "new" 1967 Ford Truck grill.

thanks, Daren

Decent used grille shell only $200.00 - $800.00 ebay
New or New Old Stock $1000.00 - $1600.00 ebay

What you have to be careful about are the sellers asking a lot of money for a fresh off a truck grille. Most of the time they butcher the mounting tabs, their not honest about condition, or they think because they put new hardware on it that justifies the sky high prices. People like that I avoid like the plague.

I saw that. I could have sworn I saw one up the other day for about $300. When I looked again a day or so later it was gone, and the next one I noticed was $600! :) Gonna have to start saving my pennies and dimes. And $100 bills. ;)

I have a 67 grille I'll sell cheap ($50) if you want it plus shipping cost. These can be shipped via Greyhound. Also i'll throw in the head light buckets and two headlight bezels and the top valance if you want to pay the added shipping cost. This grille came of my 1967 that I did a ground up restoration on. I ended up buying a used steel painted grille and had it chromed at a cost of $650. The grille is in OK shape for a daily driver. I don't think it has any dents but lots of scratches. One of the mounting tabs is 1/2 broke off and I jb welded on a piece of steel. I don't get into the Fordification site very often so here is my email address, brucell1725@msn.com.
