The 1967 grilles are the best looking followed by the 68 and 69 grilles.

The 67 grille is just simply the best looking grille, hands down.

i like the simpleness of the 67 grill they look good. i really like the 69 grill the best. the 70 grill is my second favorite. but those insert on those grills are always broken. if i had a 70 i would check into getting those grill insert replacemnets that looked like flames in chrome. if i couldn't buy then i would either modify the ones i could get or make my own.

Grille - All '67-'72 F100 thru F350 grilles will interchange as an assembly, though each year is cosmetically different. Grilles were available in polished aluminum or painted steel. (Click here for pictures of the various grille styles.)

1970 grille shells are a one-year-only item...the '70 grille inserts are too narrow to fit into the '71-'72 shells. The '71-'72 grille shells and inserts will interchange with each other.

There are two styles of headlight doors: '67-'69 and '70-'72. The two styles are not interchangeable.
Also keep in mind that the lower valance panel is different between the '67-69's and the '70-72's. This is due to to the different design of the turn signal/parking light assemblies.

'67 bright grilles are the best. Period. Closely followed by the other real metal grilles-'68 and '69. The later grilles are plastic and ultra tacky. You know, tupperware!

I like the 67-69 grilles...just seems more classic. I don't like the "late" model 70-72 grilles cause they mix me up with some of the 73+ models

71 probably because its my dads truck. My second favorite is the 68. Those blacked out lights make the truck look mean. Especially on the 68s.
