Half Hanger flip question

Post by tonka toy »

Hey guys, I've been researching the half hanger flip on this forum for a while and I am going to go through with it. My question is can I unbolt the hanger from the frame and rotate the hanger with it still bolted to the leafs? It looks like it would rotate down and not interfere with anything I was just wondering. The big leaf spring bolt is going to be stubborn that's why I figured it would be more beneficial to do it this way. Thank you

The mount probably won't spin until that bolt is at least loosened. In theory you can do what you are thinking but it won't be easy.

yeah I figured I might have to loosen it a little I just didn't know if it would interfere with anything if I left it on the leaf. I just figured It would be one less headache to worry about
