Need 68 f250 Parts!!! Located in PA

Ok guys, I have finally got some money and would like to get the ole truck on the road. It is a 1968 F-250 4x4 with divorced NP205, 4spd, 360/390 engine. Here is a list of the parts I need.
Complete emergency brake assembly- mount with pedal, cables, etc.
Speedometer cable
Power steering hydraulic ram- I know that's pretty much an impossible one (mine leaks like a faucet)
Body parts- Hood, front fenders, inner fenders, front stone deflector.

I am located near Chambersburg PA.
