I looked at my brake fluid level in my master cylinder today. It appears my larger resivior on the MC may have slightly dropped a tiny bit over the last 2 weeks. I haven't driven the truck except about 1 time a week around the neighborhood since my axle seal began to leak about a month ago. I did replace the MC in the beginning of July with a remanufactured one from AL Cardone ($50) as the old one leaked badly. Only the larger back resivior on the MC concerns me about it might be leaking. The smaller front resivior shows no signs of leaking. I don't think my MC is leaking but is there a way to tell if it is? Since my truck is parked a lot could the MC have self bleed possible air out of the system causing the drop in level?
I also can't remember which resivior is for which brake system ( front/rear)? Is there any normal places that could be leaking on the lines? Just bought a $30 Craftsman creeper and Im sure glad I finally got one.
Thanks in advance

Re: Possible Brake Leakage
Thanks. That means both my brakes could have issues. I'll it over and see what I find out today.

Re: Possible Brake Leakage
If the wheel cylinders were leaking wouldn't there be fluid coming out of the back of the drums? I didn't see any obvious break leaks but I did see a bunch of other leaks from near about everything else
. That's the first time I've actually gone all the way across the underside to check on multiple things. I've got some rust on the rear frame but the front looks like new. I can bet this truck was stored in a car port or something like that.
