T-18 to T-170/RTS/TOD swap. Speedo cable and gear?

I'm in the process of swapping my 240 and T-18 trans for a 300 and T-170/RTS/TOD trans out of an 85 F150. The speedometer cable for the '85 has a clip on the end that goes into the speedometer, where my 1967 cable has a nut that screws onto the speedometer. I haven't yet tried to fit my 1967's cable into the T-170 trans yet, but I expect that end not to be the same either, as well as the gear.

Does any one know of a source for the correct cable and gear for this application?

There is a vendor on Ebay that makes speedometer cable to your specifications including whatever ends you need on there. I can't vouch for quality or anything since I haven't tried it, just seen it when doing a search.
