240 5 speed swap
Does any one have any experience swapping a ZF 5 speed ( from 91 f150 & 300 ) into bumpside truck? Were pulling out the three speed and replacing with the five. I pulled eveything I could get off of the 91 doner. Just looking to see if anyone has done this and what are the problem areas. Thanks in advance

What engine do you have in the bump? Will the tranny butt up to it, and bolt up to it?

Re: 240 5 speed swap
I have the original 240. Im sure it will bolt up, just looking for problem issues during the swap, Pilot bearing, flywheel bolt pattern, Slave cylinder mounting, clutche pedal issues etc. Any known issues in advance wound be nice.
