Looking For Parts

Post by johnmix »

My Dad left me a 1967 Ford F250 Camper Special which I am now restoring. I would like to convert the front drum brakes to disc but need the caliper brackets and dust shields. Thoughts?

Find a 73-79 and grab the entire front end out from under it.

:wel: also from Georgia! Where are you located? Some of the members here may be from your area and could point you to some places to find what you need.

X2. That is the easiest way. If you post your location, someone close may know of a truck you could get the parts from.
You might also try posting in the Parts Wanted section here and at our sister site, http://www.fordification.net/index.htm. That site is dedicated to the 73-79's, so some one may have just what you need.

Thanks to all for the advice... I live in Knoxville TN and would like to avoid buying a donor front end or entire vehicle but realize these parts are getting hard to find. I'll post in the "Parts Wanted Section" and hope for a match.
