Picked up a t-45 tranny, shifter, trans mount, engine plate, clutch cable , pedals all out of a mustang cobra. Now I just need to find a 4.6 3v or 4v. Really would like to find a mark VIII Lincoln.

Have made some progress I have my rear tank in . I also Have my explore rear disc brakes on the 1980 9" rear, and pretty much have my rear sway bar figured out. I had the one from an explorer hooked up but with the rear mounted gas tank left no room for tail pipes so now I have a sway bar that goes towards the front. I also got a good deal on a set of QA1 shocks for the rear. So just have to swap center out the 3.50 for the 3.89 nodular traction loc and figure out what Im doing for traction bars and rear will be all set.

Havent figured out if the f-600 is staying a 600 now. Fenders are the best part of the truck they came off a School bus back in the 80s. I have one extra driver's side. Killer was I saw a NOS grill for that truck at carlise last year but had the mustang so would not fit for ride home. Guy said tie it to roof. Any how the 73 f-750 has NOS fenders on it. too many trucks not enough time. But 69 is the only truck my dad bought new so not selling fenders at this time but thanks for asking.

Nice! Have any closeups of your fuel tank straps and connections? I'm trying to find as many ideas as possible for mounting my '69 Mustang tank.

I'll try and take some tomorrow. The tank gave me fits for a while its a 31 gallon blazer tank, so the straps are made for it. Biggest problem was the fuel fill was too high they come up through the floor on the blazers and suburbans. after about 6 months of looking at a thinking of cutting it and rewelding it I said the hell with it put a pipe in the filler put the tank under the frame and stood on the pipe, now it fits awesome. comes out right above frame.

Got my rear sway bar on today, over thought it and was worried about it binding but checked and still has clearance full range of suspension.

next up is c notch, new bearings so I can put on my explorer brakes and rear is done, getting closer to coyote time.
