What does the AOD stand for. looking to buy a transmision bolt kit. Just want to make sure I get the right kit.

AOD (automatic over-drive) is different from a C6.

So how do I tell if my tranny is a C6 or a C6 AOD. The web site lists them like that. And thanks again for helping me out.

If you have a 360 and a three speed automatic then you have a C6.
No such thing as a AOD C6. It's either a C6 or an AOD; two different transmissions and an AOD won't bolt up to a 360.
