Bodyswap: What frame will work with 69 body?
I'm trying to convert my 1969 2wd F100 to a 4x4 and want to know what frames can I use off different year pick ups. Finding a cheap, pre 76, 4x4 is difficult and I was thinking about using a post 76 frame but keeping the body so it would still be smog exempt and make life a whole lot easier because there are so many out there. Would that work? Would it be worth the trouble? Would there be any big obstacles keeping me from doing it? Any help is greatly appreciated!

I think somewhere in the "site index" its a write up about that and what would need to be done.
