Thanks Zilla! Here's the finished inner cab corner I patched together after replacing the outer cab corner.
IMAG0277.jpg
and here's the completed bottom.
IMAG0276.jpg
Filled every crack, seam, and tiny hole with silicone to seal it up tight. Then, I decided to coat it with truck bed undercoating for that textured look. It hides a multitude of sins. Got her flipped back over on her belly and now to finish up the cab for priming.

Hey Randy - that looks great! So nice to see it all one color, right? Even if it is primer. :D

I don't know if you've already taken care of it, but I used SEM 39777 high-build self leveling seam sealer on the drip rail, and the "trough" between the firewall and floorpan, and it worked great. It flows out really nice in a couple minutes, just make sure you have the cab level.

Thanks Tyler! Yeah, I've gotten rather fond of gray  Thanks a ton for that link. I was just going to post up what people were using for those areas. Will one 7oz bottle do it all? Can you paint over it? What do you do at the bottom of the drip rail, duct tape a Dixie cup under it :?

Yes, a 7 oz will do all of it, (I had maybe 1/5 tube left) and yes you can paint over it. (I did mine after primer and before sealer). I nearly filled the firewall seam up with it. and then on the drip rail, I used the single part seam sealer (3M 8300) on the vertical runs, and then the 39777 on the horizontal run. I made a "dam" with painters tape about 2 inches past the turn down onto the vertical leg. I stopped applying the sealer right at the turn, and just let it creep down to the dam. Then with it still tacky, I removed the dam and smoothed the end of the sealant bead with my finger to make it look nice. Painters tape worked excellent at all the holes and gaps to keep the sealer in the channels while it sets up, which is only a few minutes. It's a thick consistency, and flows very slowly. (hence the "high build") Hope that makes sense!
