4wd conversion steering column question.

4wd conversion steering column question.
Is it possible to swap the steering column shaft in my 72 2wd column with a shaft from my 77 non tilt 4x4 column ?

what are guys doing for a steering column when converting 2wd to a 4wd?

Flaming River or Borgeson ujoints and intermediate shaft...

And they will connect to my 2wd steering Column? Or do I still have to find a dent side 4wd steering column?

they will connect to whatever you want.
You spec the spline count (or D or double flat) and they send you what you need.

I did just what you asked on mine. 77 shaft in 69 column.

I just finished mine also. It was way easier then I thought it would be.
