cowl lacing

Hey guys, I finally got my backorder of books from Mac's including the Body Assembly Manual and I think this answers the question on which side is up on the cowl lacing, check out view 'A', they call it a pad.

Cool. Is plug number 3 how you are supposed to get all the leaves out from behind your vents?
