Unfortunately the engine was always fine, it's the paint I'm talking about. I'll be blocking down those sags for a while.
It's all one color and shiny though. It looks good from across the street and was good practice for the shrektruck's paint job.

Ok, Sorry!
Pics tomorrow night if I don't have to get underway. The wife's truck is a piece of Dodge though so I didn't think anyone would be too interested in pics.
Good night all.

Let those sags firm up, then take a nib and knock them most of the way down, then block them. I just shot a door on my daughter's pickup when I was sick, and ran it like I've never done before !! I was soooo ashamed!!!!! Thank God for nibs and block sanding.. can't even tell it now, but I learned a lesson about not shooting when I'm not feeling ok!!!
When I was owner/tech-rep for a paint comany, we used to get calls from irate customers that had run their paint, and I'd usually say that we must've sent them a can with a run in it... that'd usually get them off base a little and ease the "tone" of the conversation a bit. Jon Kosmoski always said "if you want to see what caused the run, go look in the mirror" and as tough as it is to admit it, he's right...

DC, they're more like a rasp or bondo file. I tried one of the straigh razor blade things sorta like a little wood plane and it wanted to dig in on me... the nibs give me more control...
