Swapping a 352 FE in place of a 240 I6
My setup right now is a '69 F250 4x4 with a NP435 behind a 240 I6. I've got my hands on a 352FE which I'm going to freshen up and maybe stroke out and then drop it in place of the 240. Will the transmission be OK where it is at or does it need to move backwards?

You cant use the 240 Trans with an FE if that is what your asking. For use with the FE you'll need the Big Block C6 with the round Bell Housing.
I'll be saling my TCI C6 Trans and TCI converter here soon if you want to talk about it.

I thought the NP435 was found behind all the engines including the FE during those years.

It was, I did that exact swap on my truck I had to keep the FE bellhousing and bolt it onto the NP435 tranny instead of the I6 bellhousing
