grant steering wheel adapter threaded?

are those things threaded onto the shaft of the steerign column or are they put on by pressure? do i need a puller or does it screw off of the shaft?

They just pressed onto the end of the splined steering shaft, exactly like a stock steering wheel, and they're removed the same way, with a steering wheel puller.
